- 8 horas para durmir e fazer o básico da higiene pessoal (bagno, barba, desodorante, talco contra o xulé, etc.)
- 8 horas pra trabaiar
- 8 horas pra fazer o q eu tiver vontade (passear, nadar, jogar fussbol, tomar umas birita, jogar videogame, whatever...)
Só que aí tem um detalhe importantíssimo que nunca é levado em conta: as necessidades básicas de sobrevivência, como comer, tirar água do joelho e passar fax NÃO PODERIAM ser incluídas em "tempos de intervalo". Como assim??
